During this daily 15-30 minute recorded lesson I will focus on a different topic that is essential to healing your gut and thyroid. There will be one lesson every day for 7 consecutive days (although one of the lessons includes multiple videos).
Component #2: Daily priority action step
I want people to take action, but I want the action steps to be attainable, which is why there will be a single priority action step each day, although at times there will be one or two additional action steps.
Component #3: Bonus Live calls with Q & A
During the bootcamp there will be 5 live bonus calls with some time for Q & A. I will rotate the times of the live events to accommodate those in different time zones, as the calls will take place at either noon or 8:30pm Eastern time.
